Safe Passage

Produced by a national coalition of philanthropic organizations, Safe Passage explores innovative approaches to the needs of struggling youth in our communities.

The publication provides examples of solutions that are successfully helping our youth negotiate the difficult transitions into and out of the educational system, the court system, and the foster care system. Other resources available online include working papers on cross-cutting issues, toolkits for policymakers and advocates, and best practices for grantmakers.

The William Penn Foundation is proud to be a participant in the Youth Transition Funders Group (YTFG), a national coalition of foundations collaborating to address issues facing vulnerable youth between the ages of 14 and 24.
