Salesforce Database Administrator
Kaisha is the Salesforce Database Administrator on the Grants Management team. She works to improve the program team's workflows and processes by enhancing the use of Salesforce and other data systems. Previously, she worked at Philadelphia Futures as an Operations/College Success Administrator where she revamped their data management processes and systems to support the coordinators and advisors to guide first generation low-income high school students in achieving their college dreams.
Kaisha graduated from Temple University with a bachelor's degree in Psychology.
