Phil Sirinides, Senior Researcher at the Consortium for Policy Research in Education, presents evidence and input from the field on the quality components of Keystone STARS.

Bill Isler, Co-chair of the Pennsylvania Early Learning Council and CEO of the Fred Rogers Company, moderates a panel with Michelle Figlar, OCDEL Deputy Secretary, Aliya Johnson-Roberts, Director of Pratt Street Learning Center, and Jodi Askins, PennAEYC Executive Director, to discuss the findings on the quality components of Keystone STARS.
